Science Meets Art in Minneapolis
Arts for Academic Achievement works with Minneapolis Public Schools to change the way students view biology through observational drawing. Click here to view a video of this program. This video made its debut at
Arts for Academic Achievement's first community summit this past August. The summit aimed to involve community leaders in the effort to integrate arts into school curriculum within the next five years. The group meets again this October.

New Study Out on Arts Cultivation
The Wallace Foundation, in partnership with the RAND Corporation, released Cultivating Demand for the Arts this month. This study argues that the demand for quality artworks produced by artists and arts organizations is in decline despite a growth in arts organizations, artists, and public funding for the arts in the last four decades.
