Students at Stuart Hobson Middle School participate in a dance workshop with local dance company African Heritage Dancers and Drummers.  This workshop was part of a unit that integrated music, dance, and math (specifically fractions and percentages).

Students from Peabody Early Childhood Center learn about nutrition, gardening, science, and visual art in a unit crafted by the teachers at Peabody as part of their participation in the Arts Education Initiative.  In this photo (part of the unit entitled Art in the Garden), students are creating still life paintings using fruit they have studied in small groups.
